hey all,
i hope you are envloved in my post.. i am combing all my fav blog spots to give you what i think is the best of what is new and pushing the fringe.. it might be about wine or music or a cute lil toy for cooking.. stuff i think makes for a decent life style in the days of a declining economy... so dont sleep,check everything out.. its not always in the obvious places on this blog..ok?..the dj's are all freakin major, slammin....

Jazzanova’s Of All Things The Album of the Year?
ok i agree with eveery thing he says......
It’s not that I don’t like “street” hip-hop, or the pop music that plays on the radio, it’s just that I feel sorry that most of America won’t ever hear this new album from Jazzanova, and it’s my duty to spread the word. We already heard the collaboration with Phonte that I posted in October, however, I’m just getting around to copping the album, and it’s so good that I almost want to cry. Even though I still believe that this neo-Motown sound needs to die a slow death, I will make exceptions for tracks like ” I Can See,” which takes the sound and modernizes it to perfection.
